Check Information Make Checks Payable to SCA- Canton of Mathom Trove (include Driver's License Number on check) Disabled / Special Needs Any person that is requesting cabin space and requires special needs such as wheel chair access please indicate so on the pre-registration form. Special needs such as these can only be accomodated for if the event staff is notified in advance. Merchant Information Merchant Space is located on the north side of the hall. Merchant Space is not pre-reserved and is filled on an as needed basis. Merchants who wish to arrive on site for setup before 4 PM on Friday, April 23 MUST contact the Autocrat for permission in advance. Food vendors are not permitted. Merchants must check in at Reservations and complete site registration before setting up. There are no outside electrical hookups and merchants will not be allowed to run power cords into the Small Hall as this is a liability issue. Merchants must unload and move their vehicles to one of the other parking areas on site immediately before starting setup. Merchant vehicles may not be left in Registration/Daytrip parking during the course of the event. All members of the populace which includes all merchants must be packed up and off site by 10 AM on Sunday morning. Failure to comply with parking guidelines or to vacate site by 10 AM will result in the Merchant not being allowed back in the future at any Mathom Trove sponsored events. |
